NEW CAMPAIGN - BATTLEGROUND: BASES AND PAINTS FOR WARGAMES

Hello everyone!
We want to inform you that we have launched a new campaign on Kickstarter called Battleground: Bases and Paints for Wargames, with base sets of different themes for the most popular miniature games, as well as paint sets with step-by-step guides to paint them. . You will be able to find the bases both in resin and in STL format, an option that you have been asking us for lately, and that we hope you will find interesting.

Queremos informaros de que hemos lanzado una nueva campaña en Kickstarter llamada Battleground: Bases y Pinturas para Wargames, con sets de bases de distintas temáticas para las miniaturas de los juegos más populares, así como sets de pintura con guías paso-a-paso para pintarlas. Podréis encontrar las bases tanto en resina como en formato STL, una opción que nos veníais pidiendo últimamente, y que esperamos que os resulte interesante.

All pledges of the campaign are finally sent! Yay! We've sent all the pledges except a little amount with wrong addresses or surveys filled out of time. We've also started today to manage and send pre-orders. Please allow 24/48h in case you haven't received the tracking code. Also, the PDF from the stretch goals will be sent to you through BackerKit.
For any customer support issue, mistakes in your pledge, damaged items... please contact [email protected] or send us a private message here through Kickstarter.
Thank you all for your patience and understanding with all the issues we've been dealing in these crazy times we are living! As always, we've learnt a lot from this campaign and your suggestions. ¡Todos los pledges de la campaña han sido enviados por fin! ¡Hurra! Hemos enviado todas las promesas salvo una pequeña cantidad con datos erróneos de envío o encuestas rellenadas fuera de plazo. As you have requested and trying to clear your doubts, we can announce that around 80% of the campaign pledges have been sent. Unfortunately we have not been able to send the rest in this month of March and, therefore, what remains to be sent will be done in the month of April. Our estimation, if no more unforeseen events arise, is to make all the remaining shipments by the middle of that month.
We deeply regret this delay, but the global instability we are experiencing at this time affects all markets, including ours, and our suppliers cannot meet or guarantee raw material deliveries on time. As a result of this we have not been able to fulfill what we had promised you but know that we are doing everything possible to reduce delivery times and fulfill our commitment as soon as possible.
As compensation for this delay, we will extend the validity of the 15% discount coupon from 6 months to 8, being valid now until November 15th.

Tal como nos habéis solicitado y tratando de despejar vuestras dudas, podemos anunciar que se ha enviado alrededor de un 80% de los pledges de la campaña. Lamentablemente no hemos podido enviar lo restante en este mes de marzo y, por tanto, lo que falta por enviar se hará en el mes de abril. Nuestra previsión, si no surge ningún imprevisto más, es realizar todos los envíos restantes para mediados de dicho mes.
Lamentamos profundamente este retraso pero la inestabilidad global que sufrimos en estas fechas afecta a todos los mercados, incluido el nuestro, y nuestros proveedores no pueden cumplir ni garantizar las entregas de materia prima a tiempo. A consecuencia de ello nosotros no hemos podido cumplir con lo que os habíamos prometido pero sabed que estamos haciendo todo lo posible para reducir los tiempos de entrega y satisfacer nuestro compromiso lo antes posible.
Como compensación por este retraso, extenderemos la validez del cupón del 15% de descuento de 6 meses a 8, siendo válido ahora hasta el 15 de Noviembre.

We already have available the 2 painting videos by Alfonso Giraldes “Banshee” (Aries and Capricorn) and the 2 by David Arroba (Pisces and Cancer) that were unlocked as stretch goals.
To all of you who participated in a pledge with access to the stretch goals, we are going to send you an email with a link and a QR code to access the MiniatureArt Academy website and to get the videos at no cost. Follow the instructions in the link description. Remember that if you already have an active subscription to the academy, you must contact them first at the email that appears in the description of the link.

SHIPPING UPDATE #2

[EN] Hello everyone.
As you have asked us, we post this update to inform you that we are around 30% of shipments made. Unfortunately we have suffered some setbacks and more delays than expected with different suppliers of the materials needed for the production of the rewards, such as resins, silicones, packaging... etc. It is a problem, that of the supply of raw materials, that unfortunately is affecting whole Europe and that it's beyond our control. In addition, we have suffered 10 Covid cases in our production staff in the last month and a half, that have practically stopped the resin production department. All this has caused us to not be able to maintain the desired rate and that we had announced in past updates.
Fortunately, most of the issues have been resolved and in the next few days we will be able to increase the rate of shipments, with the estimation that during the remainder of February and the month of March all pending rewards will have been sent. We will do everything possible to ensure that this is fulfilled, since it is our priority to ship all that is left, in order to undertake new projects.
We thank you again for your support and understanding. We are looking forward to all of you having your figures in your hands, as many are already enjoying them.

Tal como nos habéis pedido, publicamos esta actualización para informaros que estamos alrededor del 30% de envíos realizados. Lamentablemente hemos sufrido algunos contratiempos y más retrasos de los previstos con distintos proveedores del material necesario para la producción de las recompensas, como resinas, siliconas, embalajes…etc. Es un mal, el del suministro de las materias primas, que desgraciadamente esta afectando a toda Europa y que escapa a nuestro control. Ademas, hemos sufrido 10 casos de Covid en nuestra plantilla de producción en el ultimo mes y medio, que nos ha tenido prácticamente parado el departamento de producción de resina. Todo esto ha motivado que no pudiéramos mantener el ritmo deseado y que os habíamos anunciado en pasadas actualizaciones.
Afortunadamente, la mayoría de las cuestiones se han resuelto y en los próximos días podremos ya aumentar dicho ritmo de envíos, con la previsión de que durante lo que queda de febrero y el mes de marzo se habrán enviado todas las recompensas pendientes. Haremos todo lo posible para que esto se cumpla, ya que es nuestra prioridad dar salida a todo esto, para poder acometer nuevos proyectos.
Os agradecemos nuevamente el apoyo y vuestra comprensión. Estamos deseando que todos tengáis vuestras figuras en las manos, como muchos ya las están disfrutando.
